Refunds, Returns, and Warranty Claims
For items purchased through an authorized sales partner or distributor, please contact your original place of purchase directly to handle any return, refund, or warranty claim. Each distributor manages these claims in accordance with their individual policies, and we recommend reaching out to them directly for a smooth resolution.
Direct Purchases from AKA Acoustics
If your item was purchased directly from AKA Acoustics, please contact us at acunic@akaacoustics.com to initiate a return or warranty claim. Our team will assess the item’s eligibility and provide guidance on the next steps. Please note that items must be returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Custom-Coloured Items
Please be aware that custom-coloured items are non-returnable once a proof has been accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues, such as defects, damage, or an incorrect item received. We will not accept any claims of damages after 5 business days of delivery of goods.
