Acunic Textiles Terms of Service

All purchases of Acunic Textiles products are subject to the following terms and conditions, depending on the source of purchase.

  1. Reseller Terms
    If you purchased an Acunic Textiles product through a reseller or authorized distributor, you are primarily bound by the terms and conditions of that specific reseller. Any returns, refunds, or warranty claims should be directed to your reseller, who will handle your request in accordance with their policies.

  2. AKA Acoustics Terms
    If you purchased directly from AKA Acoustics, our Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase. For all direct transactions, AKA Acoustics will determine eligibility for refunds, returns, or warranty claims based on our policies.

  3. Getzner Textiles Terms
    Additionally, all Acunic Textiles products are manufactured in partnership with Getzner Textiles, and by purchasing an Acunic Textiles product, you agree to be bound by the Getzner Textiles Terms and Conditions.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of your reseller, followed by AKA Acoustics' terms, and subsequently the terms of Getzner Textiles, as applicable.
